Resort membership system in operation
By allowing employees to use Daemyung Resort’s recreation facilities in all regions of the country at the membership price, we support employees to train their minds and bodies and relax there.
Incentive support for long-term employees
We support long-term employees by providing reward leave.
Support for grants other than club activities
In order to cultivate emotional development, support leisure activities for employees, promote unity among them, and revitalize the organizational culture, we support various cultural events.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner supported
We operate an in-house restaurant to support breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Quarterly awards to outstanding and commendable employees
We provide rewards to outstanding and commendable employees every quarter.
Support for family events/workshop costs
In order to share joy and sorrow with employees, we give employees money for congratulations or condolence and leave when they celebrate their or their family’s (the 70th) birthday, marriage, or death. In addition, we support to send congratulatory and condolence wreaths.

We support to provide 3days of summer vacation once a year.

We operate dormitories for men in each of the Hwaseong and Suwon branches so that our employees can comfortably take some rest.
